BIRMINGHAM, EDINBURGH (UK), BAYREUTH (Germany), BARCELONA (Spain), OULU (Finland), PARIS (France), SZEGED (Hungary) 27^th January: The NEUROPA  consortium has received a prestigious award of €3.6million in funding from the European Commission as part of its Future and Emerging Technology (FET) scheme. The project aims to develop a non-invasive means of alleviating long-term dysfunction in the brain addressing specific brain disorders such as Huntington’s (HD) and cognitive impairment in Alzheimer’s (AD).

As of January, Pharmacoidea, directed by Dr. Tamas Letoha, became part of the UniOxford and Sanofi led scientific endeavour IM2PACT exploring new delivery routes into the brain.
